        I recently purchased this bar to replace an inexpensive olympic bar that I purchased from a big box store. The quality of this bar is undeniably better in every aspect. The bar has good quality knurling to allow for a secure grip no matter the exercise. The weight sleeves are able to rotate freely on their bearings. Overall I am very satisfied with this bar, and the black zinc coating looks really nice as well.
