Loving the results its giving my clients. They hate it but Loving the results! I also enjoy the cardio my clients gets from it by raising their heart rata and keeping it up for a bit! Great investment I made I must admit hands down!

Purchased this last month and finally got around to installing it this past weekend. Assembly is very straight forward and can be completed within 2 hours. Most labor intensive step is anchoring to the wall. Quality is very good. I did not find anything scratched or defective. Instructions are straight forward. I bought the 225lb weight stack and it’s way heavier than I anticipated. This is a great system for high intensity low impact workouts especially for anyone dealing with an injury or joint issues in general.
